Looking for a photographer or videographer in Kelowna? We shoot product, team, location and event work for Okanagan businesses, then edit it in-house. A half-day covers up to four hours on location and returns 15-20 finished photos or 2-3 short-form Reels. Full days run up to eight hours for 30-40 photos or 5-6 Reels.

What we shoot
We work as both photographer and videographer for businesses across Kelowna and the Okanagan. That covers product photography for online stores and menus, team and headshot sessions, location and interior work for clinics, studios and restaurants, event coverage, and short-form video built for Reels and TikTok. Everything is shot and edited by the same small team, so the look holds together across your website, your social feed and your ads rather than drifting between three different suppliers.
How a shoot works
We start by agreeing a shot list so you know exactly what you are getting before anyone arrives. On the day we handle lighting, direction and styling, and we work around your opening hours rather than shutting you down. Editing happens in-house, and you receive finished, colour-graded files in web and print sizes plus vertical crops ready for social. Turnaround is usually five to seven working days, faster when a campaign date requires it.
What it costs
A half-day session covers up to four hours on location and returns fifteen to twenty finished photographs or two to three short-form Reels, at $500 to $800. A full day covers up to eight hours and returns thirty to forty photographs or five to six Reels, at $900 to $1,500. Businesses that need a steady stream of fresh material often fold a quarterly shoot into a monthly retainer, which spreads the cost and keeps the content pipeline full.
Photography and video from one team
Booking a photographer and a videographer separately usually means two schedules, two invoices and two interpretations of your brand. We shoot stills and motion in the same session, which halves the disruption to your business and keeps the results visually consistent. It also means the vertical video and the hero image on your website came from the same afternoon and look like they belong together.
Where we shoot
We are based in Kelowna and shoot across the Okanagan, including West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon and Penticton. Travel within Kelowna is included. Locations further out are quoted with travel, and we are happy to combine several businesses in one area into a single trip to keep it affordable.
How much does a photographer cost in Kelowna?
For commercial work, expect $500 to $800 for a half-day and $900 to $1,500 for a full day, including editing and finished files. Rates below that usually exclude editing or licensing, so it is worth checking what you actually receive. Our pricing includes full commercial usage rights, so you can use the images in ads, on your website and in print without a further fee.
How many photos do I get from a session?
A half-day returns fifteen to twenty fully edited images, or two to three finished Reels if you choose video. A full day returns thirty to forty images or five to six Reels. You can also split a session between the two. We deliver edited selects rather than every frame, because a tight set you will actually use beats four hundred you will never open.
Do we get the raw files and usage rights?
You receive finished, edited files with full commercial usage rights for your own marketing, in perpetuity. Raw unedited files stay with us as a matter of course, which is standard practice, but they can be released by arrangement if your team has its own retoucher.
